Stephan Schiffman is the consummate sales professional and he does an excellent job of imparting his expertise through his vast volume of books. One of my favorite titles is “Cold Calling Techniques (That Really Work!)” – this book literally taught me the science of cold calling prospects.
If you are looking for wisdom in a particular area of sales, particularly in prospecting, then you would be well-served to pick up one of Stephan’s books and start reading. The books are super-easy to read because they are well-written and use stories to illustrate the salient points.
